Article has zero citations and fails the WP:SIRS criteria to justify its own stand-alone article. The Friends of East Broad Top is already mentioned in the article about the railroad itself (East Broad Top Railroad and Coal Company) which is significant because it is a recognized National Historic Site in the US.
