The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (companies) requirement. Last AfD in 2010 ended as no consensus with 2 editors arguing there is coverage - all I see are mentions in passing, i.e. WP:GOOGLETEST. At best, I found one source that is about something the company did rather then just naming it in passing in the ESL industry context, [1], and I don't think that suffices to make it notable.
