The result was Keep. This has been significantly improved since I nominated it, and I think it's pretty clear now that it meets the notability guidelines. (non-admin closure) Omni Flames let's talk about it 07:11, 12 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep. I think the fact that this mobile phone carrier has 7 million users [1] ascribes some significance. As for persistent coverage in independent reliable sources, the Chinese Wikipedia article on this carrier cites the following news articles: [2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11].
