Keep. I think the fact that this mobile phone carrier has 7 million users [1] ascribes some significance. As for persistent coverage in independent reliable sources, the Chinese Wikipedia article on this carrier cites the following news articles: [2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]. Keep I think this WSJ article, this Chinapost article and the fact that it is the third largest telecom company in Taiwan confers some notability. There seems to be multiple non-trivial mentions in Taipei Times and The China Post as well, which are national newspapers. The article is also in a much better shape than before, so I guess it can be kept. --Lemongirl942 (talk) 11:27, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
