Delete: RA0808 is right: the university is notable but the individual faculty doesn't pass WP:ORG. The editor who created the article and dePRODded it has a COI: he's employed by the university faculty as its "social communicator"... in other words, it's his job to market the faculty. Delete. The general rule at AfD is that individual departments are not notable, except for the most prestigious or gigantic universities (Ivy League, Oxbridge, universities with 30,000 students enrolled, etc.).
