Keep - She has been on a the French soap opera Plus belle la vie as a recurring character for over a decade. She was on the third season of the French version of Dancing with the Stars[1]. Did you check French Wikipedia? She passes general notability guidelines. Significant coverage includes:

Samia de Plus Belle la vie Lecture des paroles de donateurs" - She appeared on France Télévisions as a celeb participant in the Tel-a-thon
"Fabienne Carat : «Les Boher vivent un enfer»" from Le Figaro
"Fabienne Carat star d’un Plus belle la vie 100 % féminin" from Le Figaro
"Fabienne Carat : «Je me suis laissé guider comme une pâte à modeler»" from Le Figaro
