As was said in the prod, Wikipedia is not a how-to guide. This article would make a fine school essay on eye cosmetics. However, it is not a suitable encyclopedic treatment of the subject. —C.Fred (talk) 01:32, 31 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete It looks like advertising for a product named "Latisse". The current opening sentences read like marketing copy. "Many people use cosmetics on a daily basis to cover blemishes and enhance their beauty. Today there is Latisse®." -Salamurai (talk) 03:49, 31 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
