Delete. I did find a brief mention of this book in a Wiley text as a reference, but the problem here is that I can't find anything else to back up the claims that it's widely used and referenced. There's really no coverage in reliable sources. Now when it comes to something that "everyone uses and respects" in a certain field, this essentially falls under the argument of WP:ITSPOPULAR mixed in with WP:ITSUSEFUL. It's still expected that a book will gain some sort of coverage in reliable sources, which is what is lacking in this instance. A book can be somewhat widely used within a niche, but that doesn't guarantee notability. It makes it more likely that it'll gain notability, but it doesn't guarantee anything.
