The result was keep. Consensus that with searching in other languages/additional search terms there is sufficient sourcing to demonstrate notability (non-admin closure) Nosebagbear (talk) 18:09, 24 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

It’s been a decade and no one has improved the article to properly establish notability. Trillfendi (talk) 16:44, 10 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep as a trivial search finds significant coverage of subject across many years in multiple languages. WP:N clearly states that notability is not based on the state of sourcing in an article. Bakazaka (talk) 20:56, 10 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe my googley just isn’t working then because I found no source for these statements in this article; everything says citation needed for a reason.Trillfendi (talk) 21:00, 10 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
For example, searching "esther cañadas sete gibernau" in Google gets an El Pais article [1] as the very first hit. If that's not working, then it's going to be difficult to do a proper WP:BEFORE. Bakazaka (talk) 21:06, 10 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. It's very easy to find sources, especially in Spanish but also in English. Instead of just googling a name, it's often helpful to do a more specific search by adding a word that relates to the person, like esther canadas modelo to find Spanish articles about a Spanish model or esther canadas "people.com" because People magazine might've written about a popular model [2]. -kyykaarme (talk) 20:47, 11 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion and clearer consensus.

  • Keep Based on sources found by other editors. I note that the Spanish Wikipedia version of this article has a source in El Pais for her place of birth, and there may be other useful references in the other language Wikipedias too. RebeccaGreen (talk) 06:04, 24 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
