I understand that most of the editors are applying the same standards they use in America and other developed countries for notability. Erick mutura received a substantial amount of media coverage in Kenya and as I said earlier he is a motivational and inspirational young man in Kenya. However if the article does not meet the threshold of acceptability on this platform it can he taken down. Its my first article so am still learning..... Thanks everyone for highlighting the article shortcomings though Kiambu1 (talk) 23:39, 23 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- Kiambu1, There is a standard policy that applies to all articles regardless. I have done a thorough WP:Before on the article since Liz tagged it for deletion and I can't find reliable sources that cover the subject independently.
