Do no delete. Whilst she may fall short of WP:MUSIC she is a member of a notable band and WP:MUSIC tells us we should Redirect to her band. Deletion is not needed for this, quite the opposite, we should WP:PRESERVE this. Someone may be able to access and evaluate the offline sources. Instead of nominating this the nominator could have joined in the current talk page discussion were there is a developing consensus for merge/redirect, or could have boldly done the redirect themselves.
