Deposed monarchy cruft. PatGallacher (talk) 20:35, 7 September 2020 (UTC)
- Delete she was born 120 years after her husbands ancestors were removed from power. This is an extreme in deposed monarchy cruft. Even on the eve of World War I her husband's family were out of power.John Pack Lambert (talk) 12:26, 9 September 2020 (UTC)
- Bizarre rationale. Royals from reigning houses are not automatically notable, non reigning ones are not automatically not notable we are interested in sources not the passage of time. On which you are wrong as her husbands family were deposed in 1918.... (Duchy of Brunswick) - dwc lr (talk) 13:54, 9 September 2020 (UTC)
- Wrong! Most German nobility was abolished in 1918, but the Kingdom of Hanover was overthrown at an earlier stage in 1866. PatGallacher (talk) 16:32, 9 September 2020 (UTC)
- Read Duchy of Brunswick as I linked above. Her husbands great grandfather Ernest Augustus, Duke of Brunswick was reigning from 1913 until deposed in 1918. Hence they are non reigning “only” since 1918. Right? - dwc lr (talk) 17:11, 9 September 2020 (UTC)
- To contribute to this conversation, members of the House of Hanover were recognized as Princes(ses) of the United Kingdom until 1917 and the former sovereign held British peerages (Duke of Cumberland and Teviotdale and Earl of Armagh) until 1919. -- Willthacheerleader18 (talk) 22:55, 9 September 2020 (UTC)

- Keep per above. Significant coverage in google searches ([1] and ([2]). She is a fashion designer as well, not merely notable for her marriage. -- Willthacheerleader18 (talk) 22:36, 9 September 2020 (UTC)

- Unsure. Checked the Russian media outlets, found nothing that wasn't related to her marriage. She's not notable as a designer for sure. Timofei Vatolin (talk) 12:45, 10 September 2020 (UTC)

- The Vogue and the Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung publications could come handy, but there's no WP:CREATIVE here. Timofei Vatolin (talk) 18:29, 11 September 2020 (UTC)

- Comment Using her Russian name Екатерина Малышева gives more sources, and Russian newspapers and magazine published her profile, and her career as well, see Person of the week: Ekaterina Malysheva, Designer to Watch by The Fashion Spot, [8], [9], [10], [11]. I think there is sufficient evidence that she meets WP:GNG. VocalIndia (talk) 07:43, 14 September 2020 (UTC)
- I agree, with these sources she meets GNG. -- Willthacheerleader18 (talk) 18:51, 14 September 2020 (UTC)
- Redirect to Prince Ernst August of Hanover (born 1983) per my usual standards and that almost all of the coverage is related to her husband. Bearian (talk) 11:25, 14 September 2020 (UTC)
- We should consider for her fashion career. VocalIndia (talk) 12:55, 14 September 2020 (UTC)
