I was going to lecture you about making "Delete per WP:FOO" !votes but after reading the article I realised there's not much to add. This topic seems to be fundamentally original research and even the title is an opinion, and the articles in Category:Feminism and education cover it fairly well, I think. I'm not sure a speedy criterion for this would be good though because things like this take a while to read. Anyway, yes, delete, and point the creator to Wikipedia:Alternative outlets if that hasn't already been done, because it's well written and somewhat interesting. ekips39❦talk 00:48, 21 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

"Delete per WP:X" are sometimes bad because they can be a petitio principii - by saying "guideline X ought to apply", they implicitly assume that guideline X has been violated without saying how.
