This article was previously nominated as being original content. Having done a search, there are still no references to this apart from wiki mirrors. Having looked through articles, books and the internet, there is no evidence that this topic has any significant coverage in reliable sources (or in fact any coverage at all), and it does not meet the Notability guidelines. Delete. This article isn't about the mythical "East Side", it is about a bunch of neighborhoods near or in it. There is nothing in this article describing the East Side itself, other than by association with another neighborhood and then using WP:OR to expound on its wealth and affluence with WP:ADVERT and WP:PEACOCK tone.
