Minor fictional character. The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline requirement nor the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (fiction) supplementary essay. Merge to List of The Chronicles of Amber characters. The character is mentioned in a number of scholarly secondary sources, but to my knowledge no discussed enough for a stand-alone article. (As usual, I will be happy to change my vote in case enough treatment in secondary sources is found.) The characterization in List of The Chronicles of Amber characters is somewhat lacking in explanation to be completely clear to someone who does not know the novels, and is unsourced. So more or less the small parts that are sourced here should be merged there to remedy that. Also, as far as I have seen, these sources contain bits of characterization not fully used yet, like "a rebel Lord of Chaos", "a mad but powerful wizard", "the existing Pattern is itself an extension of Dworkin's mind".
