- No, don't redirect it to an article about the American drugs czar, because it's also found in other countries. The BBC has seven pages on the term (here) and it even mentions a Mexican drugs czar (here).

- Keep and rename per ChildofMidnight. The first paragraph should be tweaked to say that this is a term used first in the US and subsequently differently in the US, UK and anywhere else.
