Non-notable individual. Most of the sources provided are primary (e,g. [1]), irrelevant ([2]), or adverts ([3]). Delete per nom. I can't find anything in Gbooks, Gsearch, Gnews -- Gnews has results on a minor football player of the same name. The Cambridge e-Learnning Institute (sic; yes that's how it's spelled in the disclaimer on their webpage, "learnning"), has no affiliation with the university of the same name.
