Every single source cited is self-published, no independent WP:RS. A WP:BEFORE search didn't yield anything better. Does not meet WP:NAUTHOR. Previously speedy deleted twice and this one is a borderline speedy as well but escapes WP:A7 because the article says that he is 'well-known'.
