The result was speedy keep. per SK1 - No actual reason has been provided, "Notability?" makes no sense here, As an aside leniency is given to articles where something is shown or built in less-developed countries, I'm gathering BEFORE wasn't followed either (non-admin closure) –Davey2010Talk 20:32, 1 September 2015 (UTC)
