Clearly fails WP:BIO. His brother James H. Wear was a great-great-...grandfather of President Bush; that tenuous link doesn't even apply here, so no idea why he is included in the category "Bush family". No indication of notability for himself. [1] Fram (talk) 10:34, 25 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
