The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (biographies) requirement. Keep-- the article claims his compositions have been recorded by Naxos Records which is a major label. Admittedly that goes to the notability guidelines for "ensembles" rather than composers, but it suggests a certain degree of notability. Looking up the Naxos recording of five of his pieces for the album "Starry Night" he also conducted and the piece was played by the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra. There's a little more info on the Naxos site here: http://staging-naxos.aws.naxos.com/person/David_Robert_Coleman/208865.htm.
