No assertion of notability. A cursory Google search reveals nothing substantive. --MZMcBride (talk) 08:45, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak keep, but I may be persuaded to lean towards deletion. The article was created two years ago in what I suspect was a fit of WP:RECENTISM due to his parole hearing. The original creator removed, without explanation, the notability tag slapped on the article back then (the original creator is still active today, so I'm guessing he did so in good faith, rather than as a piece of vandalism). I think we should perhaps still give it the notability tag - the person has received some press coverage it would seem - whether it is enough to establish notability should probably be handled with the {{notability}} template to begin with. However, I may lean a bit towards deletion since this two year old article still is uncertain in regards to notability. -Lilac Soul (talk • contribs • count) 12:43, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete Shocking and tragic though it is, such vicious crimes will and do happen regularly and we simply can't document them all. Wikipedia is not a WP:MEMORIAL and there is no evidence of lasting notability. Blood Red Sandman (Talk) (Contribs) 18:58, 21 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
