Delete. I found out that User:AlibiKazken who created the page also made Russian and Kazakh pages about the same person, but for some reason didn't connect them. (Probably they just forget it). But these pages have the same information and the same lack of notability, as far as I can see. --Suitskvarts (talk) 10:58, 26 October 2022 (UTC)
