Selective merge to Nightlight Christian Adoptions. The organisation is certainly notable. Searching finds some hits with the name "Dan Nehrbass." Keep as is. References in the article are not all as nominator described. For instance, the book by Wipf and Stock is not a self-published source. Not all websites referenced are organizations run by the subject of the article. Local news sources are significant, and have credibility.
