Keep in accordance with what @33felstark, @AleatoryPonderings, and @Emflazie have said. Perhaps it needs more sources, but what is there now is a good start! Its better than having the page be a redirect. Terrace is directing a show on the Disney Chanel, so she deserves a page, and is more than "accomplished" as the OP states.
