Keep. Person is notable - an important figure in architecture. Dallas Carroll Campbell is an architect of many works. He is the architect of 25 notable projects in North Carolina modernist tradition. Delete: for reasons cited by other editors but I believe the article as currently constituted may not do him justice. He may actually be notable but the article does not do the job of proving this.
