Keep. Person is notable - an important figure in architecture. Dallas Carroll Campbell is an architect of many works. He is the architect of 25 notable projects in North Carolina modernist tradition.   • Delete: for reasons cited by other editors but I believe the article as currently constituted may not do him justice. He may actually be notable but the article does not do the job of proving this. Recommend whoever created the article redo it after (re-)reading CREATE once this AfD is completed.
