Can't find any record of this radio station anywhere in the Philippines, let alone in Isabela. Currently, the second source does not list the station, and the first source actually contradicts this article, saying that frequency 104.1 FM in Isabella is a station with the call sign, PU, which is owned by Kaissar. Comment: DWER-FM is in the 2018 NTC list (page 3). It probably gained a call sign after the release of the 2010 list (reference #1). --Bluemask (talk) 02:48, 31 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
