There is no need for the article. No other country has this and it is just a WP:DICTIONARY violation. AmericanAir88(talk) 15:56, 2 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Does it warrant its own article though? No other country has an article like this and the article can easily be incorporated into another article. AmericanAir88(talk) 13:41, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Absolutely! Just because in your view other countries do not have an article "like this" does not warrant deletion. This is not a dictionary, but an article which should and can be expanded. WP:OTHER cannot be used as justification for deletion. The topic itself is encyclopedic and we cannot redirect/merge it to a parent/relevant article that does not exist yet.Tamsier (talk)
  • Keep passes WP:GNG. This topic is very broad and has not even covered obtaining a Tax Identification Number (TIN) as in many parts of West Africa; the Registrar General Department; etc [1]. As I've stated above, the grounds for nomination is most unsatisfactory. This is not a dictionary and the article can be expanded. Also, WP:OTHER cannot be used as rationale for deletion. Having said, that, maybe the article can be renamed to something like Company formation in Ghana. There are plenty of sources under that name.Tamsier (talk) 06:01, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep - This is an encyclopedic topic that meets WP:GNG. Additionally, the article is succinct and well referenced. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 08:30, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep this perfectly valid law stub. Bearian (talk) 16:08, 8 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
