Promotion for non-notable software product; article by single-issue user who was blocked for spamming. Article gives no significant sources, nor was I able to find any such coverage. Haakon (talk) 21:26, 18 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete: an open-source collaborative development platform .... Its features include bug tracking, versioning integration (Subversion and CVS), document/requirements management, reporting, tests, and various plugins. In other words, this is about the business of supervising computer programmers. - Smerdis of Tlön (talk) 16:39, 21 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Well, yeah ... and neither the nomination nor any of the previous comments mentioned the sort of product it was. I just supply the missing context. ;) - mSmerdis of Tlön (talk) 18:15, 23 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Weak delete. It looks like an internal open source product from Xerox Research Europe. [1]. The 2008 award appears genuine [2], but I don't think it adds much to notability given the restrictions: best open source produced by large company, uh! Plus, it looks like a closed club thing, since the sponsors are other big companies. It doesn't look like anyone else cares about this product, and the other ghits on the Lutèce d'Or award seem marginal, e.g. [3], [4]... Pcap ping 22:42, 22 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
