Delete: An article on a firm investing in regional start-ups, covering their appointments and various funding initiatives in which they have been involved, often alongside other firms. None of this is indicative of encyclopaedic notability, and I am not seeing the level of coverage about the firm needed for WP:NCORP. (I did wonder whether some form of merge/redirect to SGInnovate might be feasible, but as 1 of 17 co-investor firms, I think Cocoon is too remote for this to be anything but WP:UNDUE.)
