promotional article by paid editor on nonnotable company--" The company works directly with consumers by analyzing and negotiating their medical bills with hospitals in order to lower health care expenses" is a phrase that belongs in advertisement or their web page, not an encycopedia . All the references are brief notices of initial funding as a start up, which in practice means what we call "not yet notable". DGG ( talk ) 02:24, 12 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
