@Xxanthippe: Sorry for the concise nomination, but there's not much else to say that wouldn't sound like a personal criticism of the subject, which is not my intention. Delete - Fails WP:ACADEMIC. The article does not mention whether he is a faculty member at a college or university. Although he has published papers in peer-reviewed journals, he works in a competitive field and his papers have made little impact, each having been cited fewer than ten times.
