Keep. The building is a listed building which means that it meets the cultural heritage criterion of WP:NBUILD. Article quality is not a valid reason to delete an article, but I think that the article could focus more on the building itself and that text that reads like advertising language should be toned down. The main reason to have an article about this particular hotel is the building, sv:Gamla posthuset, Göteborg, which is notable in itself. Currently, that information is, as far as I can tell, covered only in this article about the hotel.
