  • Delete This seems to be a possible synonym for urban informatics, a notable field for which we have no article. The term itself does not seen to have wide use--no GScholar hits at all. But I don't think this article is of high enough quality that it would merit a move to urban informatics, nor does it merit a redirect to community informatics.
