Here v. PROD because the non ATD needs more explanation. I was originally going to redirect this to CUNY or Dormitory_Authority_of_the_State_of_New_York but it's not mentioned except for a See Also in the latter, so it's not helpful to the reader and there's nothing of note worth merging to address that issue. Redirect to City University of New York. This article is only three sentences long and contains no significant information. The article even creates doubt as to whether this entity still exists, when in fact it does; see https://www.cuny.edu/about/administration/offices/fpcm/cucf/ for its web page.
