The result was delete. Vote count it's a no consensus, policy based count its a clear delete close, every keep comment states that he passes GNG without stating why, which is pretty much a vote so I discounted their rationales. Jersey92 policy based argument is right. I see no evidence presented in this debate he meets WP:GNG. Secret account 23:51, 4 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Barely meets the Biography of Living Persons' Sources policy. Mainly built on actor's new casting on Days of Our Lives, which is hardly notable for an episode stint actor to warrant a page. Also falls under Subjects notable only for one event. livelikemusic my talk page! 15:46, 4 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete as WP:TOOSOON. Yet another article intended to create notability for someone, to help their career. Having minor walk-on roles in soap operas (as a waiter in a restaurant and a patient in a hospital...) and having appeared in thoroughly non-notable beauty pageants isn't even close to establishing notability by Wikipedia's standards. Hello Admin. Actually Christopher had a recurring role in 10 episodes of The Lizzie Bennet Diaries from 2012-2013 http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2392261/fullcredits?ref_=tt_cl_sm#cast . He also starred in a movie called TwiHarder (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2210830/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_9) in a lead role which was released in 2013. Apart from that...he is playing a recurring contract role of Paul Norita on Days of Our Lives. He also recurs on Hawaii Five-0 as Gabriel Waincroft. he's also playing a lead in the movie called Young Again which is in post-production mode set for 2015 release. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1303678/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_1 . I don't comprehend why Christopher's page has to be deleted when he has appeared in a few movies ( and lots of shows. Plus it's rude and unfair to consider a page for deletion when it took me like 10 hours to create an article for Christopher. But then again, it's up to the Admin. Here's the actor's imdb page http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1268478/?ref_=nv_sr_1 --Princessruby (talk) 20:23, 9 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

IMDB is a user-contributed site, and not WP:RS. Thomas.W talk 20:55, 9 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It doesn't change the fact that he has appeared in shows (recurring roles n etc) and movies (in lead roles).--Princessruby (talk) 09:01, 10 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep — Barely meeting the Biography of Living Persons' Sources policy is still meeting it. IMDB can't establish notability but the information in it suggests that the subject has enough acting credits in enough notable programs to reach the notability barrier. Princessruby seems to have been editing the article heavily in the last few days in reaction to this AfD and the result is clear. More work is needed but I'm convinced that the article should stay. —mako

  • Keep — I think the article should stay too. --Princessruby (talk) 18:55, 19 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep as he is not just a day player on Days of our Lives; I believe he's currently under contract for two years. He has other credits, as well as beauty pageant titles. I believe this rises to the level of notability. --DavidK93 (talk) 20:45, 21 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep: - while I am not a fan or familiar with his work, he does appear to have accumulated a sufficient body of work to pass the notability threshold. Quis separabit? 22:29, 24 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep Seems to pass WP:GNG. --AmaryllisGardener talk 16:51, 28 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete I see lots of people saying "Keep" without explaining how this subject passes WP:GNG or WP:NACTOR. He seems to have had only minor, insignificant roles that do not pass notability. Being "under contract" does not make someone notable. "I think this article should stay" does not make them notable. "Seems to pass" does not make them notable. "beauty pageant titles" does not make someone notable unless they are significant pageants. This is not a vote. Notability needs explanation and there is none here because the subject fails notability. Delete. --Jersey92 (talk) 16:32, 29 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
