Weak Keep: Sources as identifies in the article are: [1] and [2]. Both are independant, secondary sources which I consider enough to pass WP:BASIC. They arn't just passing mentions - they are wholly about the person in question. I don't consier them to be promotional or affiliated with him. Failure at WP:NACTOR is not enough for a delete !vote - it is overridden by the WP:GNG. The sources are far from comprehensive, but I do feel they are enough to esablish notability in this case.
