Notability is unclear. No bibliographical information about the sole cited reference (Smriti Granth ("Memorial volume") for Chaubey Mukta Prasad) can be located; its publisher etc are unknown and it is not found in worldcat or other usual databases. Delete Unable to find sources other than ones that trace back to Wikipedia. Note that the title "Smriti Granth" is a generic name and there are probably hundreds of similarly titled books out there. --regentspark (comment) 17:19, 6 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Delete The entire article is based on a memorial volume (Smriti Granth), and it seems there is no easy way to verify the reliability of this source. The claim that he was the "center of life" for a city the size of Lucknow for 30 some years suggests there should be other sources that mention him. -- Green Cardamom (talk) 22:46, 9 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
