Notability is unclear. No bibliographical information about the sole cited reference (Smriti Granth ("Memorial volume") for Chaubey Mukta Prasad) can be located; its publisher etc are unknown and it is not found in worldcat or other usual databases.   • Delete Unable to find sources other than ones that trace back to Wikipedia. Note that the title "Smriti Granth" is a generic name and there are probably hundreds of similarly titled books out there. --regentspark (comment) 17:19, 6 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete The entire article is based on a memorial volume (Smriti Granth), and it seems there is no easy way to verify the reliability of this source. The claim that he was the "center of life" for a city the size of Lucknow for 30 some years suggests there should be other sources that mention him. -- Green Cardamom (talk) 22:46, 9 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
