Issues addressed by Variation 25.2 on first AFD have not been fixed. WP:BOMBARDMENT of sources but they don't make him notable. None of his books are notable. None of the websites ranked him 1st or declared him most influential are notable. Title of the article was changed from Chaker Khazaal to this one to avoid CSD G4.
