- Keep. If you search under its Russian name Центр гуманитарной помощи, you will find these references, which I think are enough to demonstrate notability. If you use http://translate.google.com/ , you will be able to get a sense of what the Russian-language articles mean. - Delete Note that in Russian "Center for Humanitarian Assistance" is a generic term. Most of the references provided in this discussion do not necessarily reference this particular organization, but just the term in general. I only see 1 article which lists this particular organization, along with others, as humanitarian organizations working within Chechnya.
