Rename and Rescope: There is coverage on celebrities that have become politicians (even Britannica has a little article [1]), so it meets WP:NLIST. However, I don't believe it's really encyclopedic, as such lists are usually clickbaity and not really serious studies or journalism. However, as David J. Jackson notes, "You could write the same book on celebrity in politics as you could write on business in politics" [2], meaning the topic is at least notable. Maybe a WP:TNT is due, but there's nothing too terrible about it now. It's just not good. Why? I Ask (talk) 17:05, 23 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Delete as non-defining subjective characteristic, plus duplicate article with List of actor-politicians, List of beauty queen-politicians, List of mathematician-politicians, and List of sportsperson-politicians. There are very few politicians who are only celebrity, most celebrity coming from some prior accomplishment. If we get to List of social-media-politicians, we may need this title, but I don't see a rush on that. Every one of the entries on this nominated list qualify for one of these existing lists.
