Delete Clearly promotional in tone, but that's not enough for deletion. There's nothing that shows he's a notable martial artist as defined at WP:MANOTE. He also doesn't seem to meet WP:GNG because the references are either not independent or are more like promotional press releases about awards he's getting, such as ranks and hall of fame inductions.
