WP:NARTIST fail. No WP:GNG hits online. Of the sources in the article, Rappler is a PR-wash (press release published by a newspaper without real editorial oversight) and Lunaplina festival a 404 (but probably a non-WP:INDY source regardless, festivals will routinely list a short presentation of the films they screen).

It is not clear to me what the 2007 award was. It is not the Short Film Palme d'Or (which would likely grant notability), and could find nothing online (e.g. "carlo ledesma" site:www.cannescourtmetrage.com returns no hits).

Idk, it's my first time dealing with this type of situation but i added a couple references and he is notable for The Tunnel which is a very good movie (100% Rotten Tomatoes) idk i dont think the article should be deleted. --FromFrank✎Talk♬

Well, we don't care about his movies being good, we care about whether enough reliable and independent sources have written at length about him (and his films). I don't think a 100% RT really matters (basically, see WP:GHITS), but the underlying newspaper reviews would matter. None of your sources are really good (Spoiled Mummy is about his wife, Visayan DS and SBS "horror festival" article are WP:ROUTINE), but they lead to [1] which starts to look more interesting (interviews are not WP:INDY sources, so not sufficient, but at least they show that the journalist actually did some work). The 10k€ award itself is irrelevant but it might have lead to coverage that would meet WP:GNG. Tigraan^{Click here to contact me} 20:24, 7 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Delete Yeah, now that i think about it, it's not a good article at all filled with some bad references so i think it should be deleted as you stated above this one. --FromFrank✎Talk♬
