Keep, there is plenty of room to maintain "Islamic State," the political entity that some argue is already a state and some argue is still missing one requirement or two. The Caliphate on the other hand is a religious subject about which volumes could be written. My only beef with the article as presently written is that the title makes reference to "ISIL," an entity that no longer exists. Very Strong Delete - It's completely redundant, and the article title is basically a POV name for ISIL. There's nothing actually useful in the article.
