This photojournalist doesn't satisfy WP:GNG. I don't see much out there about him. What I did find, I've added to the article's references. He was awarded the George Polk Award, but not the Pulitzer Prize as claimed (according to Pulitzer Prize, the Public Service award is made to newspapers, not individuals, and in fact the official list shows The Miami Herald as the recipient).
