Delete With these Nigerian sites that appear to be "pay to play" in what are otherwise RS, I'm unsure how we can judge a truly notable artist from the puff they publish. That said, this appears to be puff pieces and I'm not seeing that this artist has charted or won any awards of note. Delete. None of the available sources are suitable for establishing notability; it's clear that the majority are paid promotional pieces. Accordingly, the subject fails WP:NMUSICIAN and WP:BASIC, as we don't have sufficient appropriate sources to establish notability under those guidelines.
