- Delete reads like an excerpt from somebody's letter to the editor. Even if de-POV'd and wikified, this is still a minor budget matter of local interest that is best covered in the back pages of the local newspaper, not an encyclopedia. This is an OpEd, and I'm sorry that these budget cuts are happening - you have my sympathies - but this is neither a complaint board, your school board, or the Opinion-Editorial section of your local newspaper.
