I can see no evidence of notability here. Most of the refs are niche publications in the advertising industry just noting its existence. The BBC ref is simply about the UK Budget and not about Brass. The rest are just recording the facts about the nativity of Brass and its cost cutting. Nothing there to indicate notability.
