Seems a very fringy genre--practically all the Google hits are related to the one 1997 album by the one band, Coolbone (a band without an article, even as Cool Bone). Leave out the band's name and you get this--and among those results I can't see any in-depth discussion that would add up to a decent Wikipedia article. As RHaworth used to say, "Is it notable?"
