Over a year ago I prodded this with "The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (biographies) requirement. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant English-language coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar." PROD was removed by an IP editor without any edit summary, and the article is still a substub with no indication of why the subject might be notable.
