I suggest that the deletion of the article should be on-hold first because I found the article that the section About Binary should be rewrite or remove because this article was written like an advert. In addition, I found that this page does not meet Wikipedia requirements, so, I suggest that the article should be Wikify. I had request the rescue in order to improve this article.
